We are seeking a talented and motivated Enterprise RPA Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in creating and maintaining Automation Anywhere bots, developing SQL Server solutions, and leveraging Power BI for data visualization and insights, while demonstrating a strong ability to learn and grow in a dynamic technical environment. You will collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver scalable, efficient automation workflows that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Development: Design, build, and optimize RPA bots using Automation Anywhere to automate repetitive business processes.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain SQL Server solutions, including writing complex SQL queries and creating SSIS packages for seamless data integration and ETL processes.
- Data Visualization: Utilize Power BI to create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with customers and internal teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver tailored automation solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Apply software design and architecture principles to ensure automation workflows are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to maximize efficiency and reliability.
- Testing & Support: Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise:
- Experience in developing RPA solutions with Automation Anywhere (preferred) or similar platforms (e.g., UiPath).
- Hands-on experience (3 years) and proficiency in SQL Server. Ability to write complex SQL queries and knowledge of SSIS for ETL workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar platform for creating interactive reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with software design principles and architecture
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex automation challenges.
- Ability to Learn Quickly: Capacity to rapidly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development, database management, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or other low-code RPA platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
- Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, VBA) for automation scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and their integration with RPA solutions.
- Experience with Power BI for advanced data visualization and reporting.
