Position Overview : 
 As the Integrator / COO, you will play a critical role in translating the company's vision into actionable plans and ensuring seamless operational performance. Reporting directly to the Owner / CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, aligning processes with business goals, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Leadership : Manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the Owner / CEO to develop and execute long-term growth strategies.
  • Team Management : Lead and mentor department heads, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective communication.
  • Performance Metrics : Implement KPIs to monitor and evaluate team performance, project timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement : Drive continuous process enhancements to streamline workflow, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project quality and timelines.
  • Client Relations : Uphold the company's reputation by ensuring client interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
  • Budget Oversight : Work with the finance team to develop budgets, forecast expenditures, and ensure financial health.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience with preference for high-end residential construction or a similar industry experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading operational teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget planning and oversight.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage strategic plans.
  • Knowledge of project management software and industry-related technologies is a plus .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
