- Project Executive
We are seeking a Project Executive for Atkinson Construction, a heavy civil subsidiary of Clark Construction, This individual will be leading a $200M heavy civil project in the Bay Area. As Project Executive, you will be part of a leadership team dedicated to providing world class service to our clients by leading the day-to-day management of the project. You will create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required to achieve the projects goals. The Project Executive will communicate with the project stakeholders, manage risk and monitor progress against the schedule. Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for and dedication to getting the job done. A Project Executive also takes part in selecting and mentoring project staff and ensuring that the entire team works together efficiently to complete the project safely, on time and on budget.
Minimum of 12-15 years of engineering and general contracting experience on $100M complex, self-perform, heavy highway construction projects

Walk the project with foremen and crew members to ensure accountability

Knowing insurance products and coverages for Atkinson, subcontractors, and vendors as well as the status of subcontractors and vendors insurance

Atkinson offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefit package that includes health benefits (medical and dental plans), paid time off (vacation, sick and holiday), financial benefits (retirement plan with both match and annual company contribution, life insurance, short and long term disability, and commuter benefits). Base salaries will be determined by factors such as geographic location, education, skills, experience, and market_ _considerations._ _For this role the base salary range is_ $120,000 to $260,000 _._
