Key Responsibilities
The Vice President – Sales, Global Projects will be responsible for leading our commercial efforts to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives within target market verticals. Key responsibilities include:
• Aligning Atkore's capabilities to meet customer needs and securing the largest share of work on these projects.
• Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing, customer-centric sales team across the US, UK/Europe, and Asia. Foster a culture of success and accountability within the team.
• Engaging with internal teams – including commercial, engineering, and estimating – to understand client needs and craft competitive bids. Work closely with key clients to drive targeted growth initiatives.
• Leading strategic account conversions across North America, Europe, and Asia. Identify and evaluate potential M&A targets within key vertical markets to enhance Atkore's capabilities and market position.
• Applying LEAN methodologies to the commercial excellence process to establish relevant metrics and promote continuous improvement within the sales process.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its delivery methods.
