ATL Fitness 24/7 is the largest and fastest growing non franchise/independently family owned gym chain in North Georgia.
We are a full service 24 hour fitness center, specializing in boxing/kickboxing classes alongside traditional personal training, bootcamps, and individuals working out in our large and fully appointed 24/7 gym space.
Our locations range in size from 6,000 sq feet going up to almost 20,000 sq feet, and everything in between.
WE ARE ALSO OFFERING A $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS AT THE END OF YOUR FIRST YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT!
We are hiring a GM for the Lawrenceville/Lilburn/Norcross locations (atlfitness247.com)
Job requirements include:
-Sales experience (preferably in the fitness industry)
-Gym experience (personal training, sales desk, etc)
-Good people skills (dealing with members, potential members, and staff)
-Sales ability (this job is largely a sales position)
-Good admin ability (must be able to follow protocols for dealing with large numbers of sales leads, sales follow ups, managing a personal training calendar for your trainers, etc)
-Must have a good sense of humor!
Pay is competitive for the industry, a good manager can expect to make approx. $1,000 to $1500 per week, paid vacation time, holidays paid off.
