Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Pharmacy Sales Representative to expand our network and drive prescription sales by building strong relationships with doctors' offices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers to increase prescription referrals.
- Educate and promote our pharmacy’s services, benefits, and unique offerings to medical professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to drive prescription volume and revenue growth.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless process for prescriptions.
- Conduct regular visits to doctor’s offices, clinics, and healthcare facilities to establish trust and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or B2B sales (preferred).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to communicate effectively and present pharmacy services persuasively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
