Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle all aspects of the sourcing and recruiting of candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for generating and screening candidates for the applicant pool and producing quality candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as the initial point of contact for candidates throughout their new hire experience.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and sources candidates through multiple search methods including, but not limited to, cold calling, social media, job boards, associations, referrals, and networking.
- Manages the hands-on recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations.
- Recruits, screens, interviews, assesses, and negotiates with qualified candidates according to specific staffing needs.
- Works independently and closely with team members willing to perform additional tasks as requested.
- Ensures productive recruiting activities are met daily, weekly, and monthly as set forth by company goals.
- Responsible for ensuring candidate information is captured in Paylocity by HR Generalist.
- Manage multiple open positions at once.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to continually build a pipeline of top talent for hard-to-fill positions.
- Performs tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and FMLA; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance, productivity, recognition, culture, and morale.
