Join the team at Atlanta Autism Center! We’re hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at all 5 of our center locations!

As an RBT, you will:
- Provide ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings
- Implement skill acquisition programs and individualized treatment plans with precision
- Execute behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans accurately
- Maintain precise client records, including data sheets, graphs, daily notes, and anecdotal information
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for clients
- Collaborate with clients' families and other professionals on updates, progress, and behavioral concerns
- Adhere to company policies and uphold BACB ethical guidelines in all ABA interventions
- Report incidents of abuse/neglect immediately and help train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation
- Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and their families
- Participate in staff training and commit to ongoing professional development and performance improvement

- On-site supervision by a BCBA

Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Starting Pay & Growth Opportunities:
- Starting base rate: $20/hour
- Earn $1 more per hour each quarter during the first year, reaching $24/hour after your first year
- Opportunities to advance to RBT 2, RBT 3, Lead RBT, each offering an additional $1/hour
- With these opportunities, you can earn up to $27/hour within your first year!
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Current/Valid RBT Certificate
- H.S. Diploma/GED required; Bachelors, or associate’s degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field preferred
- Relevant experience preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Desire for continued learning opportunities, and willingness to embrace instruction
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team members
- Computer skills
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders required
Salary : $20 - $27
