Love kids? Join our Team! Atlanta Autism Center is hiring to train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for full-time positions at our Loganville location.
Training class is held at our Peachtree Corners location, Mon through Fri, 8a-5p, for 4 weeks. You will be fully prepared to sit for the Registered Behavior Technician exam. Upon passing, your rate will be promoted to RBT, and your rate will be increased to $20 / hr. Once an RBT, you'll have the opportunity to level up to RBT II, RBT III and earn quarterly increases up to $26 / hr.
Job Description - Registered Behavior Technician
- Deliver ABA therapy in a 1 : 1 or small group format
- Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan
- Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and / or behavior support plans
- Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.
- Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client
- Collaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc.
- Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines
- Promptly report all incidents of abuse / neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation
- Provide high quality customer service to clients and their families
- Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement'COVID-19 Precaution(s)
