Job Summary :
Responsible for the crucial role of connecting with customers via phone calls.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties :
- Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants.
- Performs the initial telephone screening of patients, per study protocols.
- Managing a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
