Who We Are:
The Atlanta Community Food Bank is working to end hunger in our community with the food, people and big ideas needed so that no one worries where their next meal is coming from. Since 1979, weve been providing food for a growing network of nonprofit partners including food pantries, community kitchens, childcare centers, night shelters and senior centers. We currently serve more than 700 partners in 29 counties across metro Atlanta and north Georgia.

About the Role:
This position was created to help with the implementation of our Transforming Access Together work. The Network Cohort Manager will be responsible for leading and facilitating small groups of partner organizations as they work and learn together to adopt best practices that increase access to food for our neighbors. The Network Cohorts Manager will need to be someone who is a self-starter, has strong skills around convening and facilitation of groups, and developing content and materials to support leadership and organizational development for our partners. The position will work to highlight the expertise of partner agencies, and build connections within the network.
What Youll Do:
Create and Implement Pilot Project with Partners

Oversee all aspects and coordination of our Transforming Access Together Cohort Program including organizing daily, weekly, monthly activities based on the goals of the program.

Recruit, onboard and train new program partners so that they can successfully adopt and execute the identified best practice.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities and deadlines to ensure seamless delivery of programming to partners.

Foster, Maintain, and Cultivate new and existing cohorts.

Define expectations for program operations and impact and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Develop content and resources for use by cohort partners.

Manage relationships with consultants and other subject matter experts
Builds and Nurtures Relationships

Supports execution of the Transforming Access Together framework by providing partners with resources, information and assistance while ensuring ongoing excellent customer service to the participating partners.

Make meaningful connections between partner agencies to share expertise and resources, as well as connections to appropriate food bank staff when support is needed

Actively seek out new partners to support program growth and to increase access for our neighbors in need.

Collaborates cross-functionally within the team and across departments to proactively address arising issues and troubleshoots problems.

Share stories of partner agency successes and opportunities with the Atlanta Community Food Bank staff in order the food bank to collectively support the partner agency network.
