This year marks our 18th year in the league, and 2025 is our fourth year with new ownership, new leadership, and a commitment to building the best franchise in the WNBA. Position Purpose:
The Graphic Design Intern will be an integral part of our Marketing & Creative Services team, supporting a variety of branding and visual storytelling efforts. From courtside moments to community impact, you’ll help shape the look and feel of the Dream across digital, print, and in-arena experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, a healthy ability to take constructive criticism, and a desire to learn and develop their skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
● Designs and repurposes existing artwork for creative initiatives such as but not limited to: sales collateral, advertising campaigns, digital graphics (website, social media and video elements), arena graphics, digital ads, and presentation decks for internal departments
● Creation of/working with templated designs to help departments with turn-key collateral
● Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to assigned deadlines
● Prepare appropriate files for printers and vendors
● Help organize and maintain structured file folders
● Build and maintain effective working relationships throughout the organization
● Game day duties will be assigned and will likely focus on live graphic production

Required Education, Experience, Traits and Skills:
● Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere) are a plus
● A portfolio of self-created graphic design work
● Basic knowledge of layout (i.e. typography, balance, scale) and other fundamental design techniques
● Highly motivated and proactive self-starter who works well as both team member and individual contributor
● Great organizational and communication skills with the ability to follow through and meet deadlines while balancing multiple projects and priorities
● Passion for sports, culture, and women's empowerment

Work Schedule & Location: This is a hybrid paid internship, running from May 2025 – August 2025.
Interns are expected to work up to 40 hours per week, with 3–4 days in office per week. Schedule may
include Atlanta Dream home games, events, and nights/weekends, as applicable.
