The Executive Director of Total Rewards & Workforce Planning provides strategic leadership in designing and delivering innovative and equitable total rewards programs. This role drives the district's vision for competitive compensation, optimized HR technology, and seamless absence management to support a culture of excellence. Through data-driven insights, market analysis, and a commitment to operational efficiency, the Executive Director ensures HR strategies align with organizational goals while enhancing the employee experience and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Strategic Leadership and Total Rewards Management
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, HR technology, and absence management, to ensure alignment with district goals and priorities.
- Drive initiatives that promote fair and equitable compensation practices through market analysis, benchmarking, and innovative rewards programs.
- Provide leadership in ensuring job descriptions remain accurate, relevant, and reflective of current responsibilities and industry standards.
