Marketing Manager
Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness. You will play a crucial role in supporting our team of agents by providing them with the marketing tools and resources they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Marketing Campaigns :
Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (social media, email, website), print (flyers, postcards), and public relations.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.Website Management :Design and maintain company websites and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.Manage website domains, hosting accounts, and technical aspects of the website.Agent Support :Create marketing materials for agents, including flyers for new listings, advertisements, and postcards.
Coordinate the printing and mailing of marketing materials.Train agents on the use of CRM systems and other marketing tools.Provide agents with the necessary data and resources to support their lead generation efforts.Content Creation & Management :Write and edit blog posts, social media content, and other marketing copy.
Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms like Yelp and Google My Business.Data Analysis & Reporting :Generate monthly reports on marketing performance, including key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement.
Analyze market data and trends to identify new opportunities for growth.Results

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creationExcellent writing, editing, and communication skillsProficiency in graphic design software (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with CRM systems is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for the real estate industry (preferred)
