REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHER / VIDEOGRAPHER (Contractor / Freelance / 1099)

RealEstatePhotosAtlanta.com, a local real estate media company dedicated to delivering a 5-star experience to our clients. We are seeking experienced real estate photographers and videographers to join our team to cover the following areas in Metro Atlanta :
- Atlanta
- Acworth
- Roswell
- Canton
- McDonough
- Newnan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Capture high-quality interior and exterior HDR real estate photographs.Strictly follow our style guide for consistent imaging and videography.Understand and utilize HDR photography techniques.Coordinate with homeowners and agents, ensuring timely arrival to appointments.Upload unedited RAW images and videos by 8 : 00 PM on shoot days.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
Proven experience in real estate photography and videography.Punctuality and strong time management skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Reliable transportation - you will be driving to and from client sites - you must be on time for appointments.Pass a criminal background check.Maintain and sync availability via Google calendar.PHOTOGRAPHY REQUIREMENTS
FULL FRAME CAMERA (20 megapixels)Proficiency in shooting in Manual and AEBSturdy tripod with ball or gear head capable of 66" or higherVIDEOGRAPHY REQUIREMENTS
Camera capable of shooting 4K at 60 FPS with a wide-angle lens, 12-18 mm full frame (or equivalent).Stabilizer (3-axis gimbal) for smooth video capture.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Not Mandatory but a BIG PLUS) :
Contracting for other companies like Zillow's ShowingTime , HomeJab, VPR, etc.Ownership of a 360° camera (Theta Z1, SC2, etc.)Part 107 CertificationExperience creating virtual tours like Zillow Home Tour, iGuide, Matterport, etc.Experience with CubiCasa.Experience capturing agent videos.Experience creating social media reels.Drone operators : you must own a drone with a valid Part 107 certification and have liability insurance to shoot for us.COMPENSATION :
Assignments are not guaranteed. However, photographers and videographers can expect fair compensation based on their expertise when assigned.
60 per hour is typical based on the amount of time you are on site. Note that we pay per assignment, not per hour; therefore, if you can complete assignments expeditiously, your on-site hourly rate will be higher.Photographers who have the equipment and experience to complete additional services will earn more per assignment. For example : photography, a video walkthrough, drone footage, and a 360º virtual tour on a single assignment will earn higher compensation than someone only offering photography.Paid training rate is 50% of our regular rates. Some photographers only need one training assignment, while others need two to three before starting to earn the full rate.Travel reimbursement may be available based on your willingness to travel outside of your home area, skills provided, and the driving distance.100% of gratuities are passed along to contractors.Bonuses are paid for positive mentions in reviews posted by clients on Google.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS :
