Job Description
Position: Customer Service Liaison (Intermediate)
Department: Service
Reports to: Service Manager
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Liaison is responsible for providing excellent customer service to external and internal customers. This position requires a high level of customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction. The Liaison will be expected to respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide customer support in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers while in the service area.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions and inquiries
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer service
- Participate in customer service training and development programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Assist with other customer service related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
