Job Description:
As a Dispatcher, you will be the backbone of our service operations, responsible for coordinating service calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that our technicians are dispatched to the right locations in a timely and efficient manner. You will play a crucial role in creating a smooth, seamless experience for both customers and field staff.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service appointments to field technicians based on customer needs, location, and technician availability.
- Monitor job status, ensuring that technicians arrive on time and complete tasks efficiently.
- Handle inbound calls, answer customer inquiries, and assist with troubleshooting or service-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatches, job details, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure the necessary tools and materials are available for each job.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers to confirm appointments or provide updates.
- Prioritize emergency or high-priority service requests and make necessary adjustments to schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving any issues and addressing concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dispatcher or customer service role, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software or scheduling tools (experience with [specific software, if relevant] is a plus).
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
