Dynaire in partnership with Crete United is seeking an experienced Dispatcher responsible for coordinating and dispatching HVAC technicians to customer locations, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery. This role involves managing customer calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of service calls and customer information.
Based in Mineola NY
This is a full-time permanent position with an excellent benefit package and end of year bonus
Salary Range: $ 70,000K - $ 80,000K/yr DOE

Job Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dispatching role or customer service.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle multiple phone lines, strong organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.
Must be self-directed and display strong initiative to complete goals
- PC skills: working knowledge Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Attributes: Customer-oriented, able to remain calm and composed in emergency situations, and familiar with HVAC terminology and operations.

- Office-based role with frequent phone and computer use.
