Payable Accounts & Reception Specialist

Position Overview:
Atlantic Carbon Group seeks a detail-oriented and professional Accounts Payable & Reception Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position manages accounts payable functions while serving as our reception area's front-line representative. The ideal candidate will have experience in Tradogram and QuickBooks, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach to administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Duties:
- Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payments.
- Manage purchase orders and vendor accounts.
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting processes as needed.
Reception & Administrative Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate conference room reservations.
- Support administrative tasks related to office management and operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Requirements:Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2 years in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Tradogram, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
