Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the residence, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and policies.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards within the facility.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services to maintain facility standards.
- Utilize project management software to track progress on various initiatives and projects.
- Develop and manage programs that enhance resident engagement and community building.
- Employ earned value management techniques to assess project performance against planned objectives.
- Facilitate change management processes to adapt to evolving needs of residents and organizational goals.
- Utilize content management systems for effective communication and information dissemination among residents.
- Apply Kanban methodologies to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure all aspects of residence life are effectively managed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management or project management within a residential or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and scope management practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems and project management software is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Experience with change management initiatives is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,500.00 per year
