Experience managing both Sales and Service BDCs is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed department metrics for appointments set, appointments shown, and vehicles sold from inbound phone and internet leads.
- Actively support the sales team by helping generate vehicle sales and improve lead conversion rates.
- Train and develop BDC Consultants on best practices, including customer communication via phone, email, and text.
- Monitor, measure, and report on BDC performance, including appointment show rates, sold units, and individual consultant results.
- Create and refine email templates and customer outreach strategies to improve lead engagement.
- Utilize data mining tools and CRM systems to identify sales opportunities.
- Manage schedules, time clock reporting, and payroll-related tasks for the BDC team.
- Recruit, evaluate, counsel, and manage BDC personnel effectively.
- Collaborate with general managers and upper management to align strategies and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in BDC management, with a track record of achieving and surpassing goals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like VinSolutions and data mining tools such as Automotive Mastermind.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve peak performance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience with both sales and service BDC operations is a strong advantage.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
