What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Admin Assistant position at Atlantic Coast Settlement Services?
We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our growing company. You will greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office and determine their reason for their visit. Other job duties include answering phones and emails, entering information into our database, organizing files, and making copies. You will also monitor and stock the inventory of office supplies and submit an order for more when necessary. We prefer candidates who have some experience in an administrative role, but we are willing to train the right person
Responsibilities:
1)Manage Incoming Phone Communications
2) Greet incoming clients
3) Initial File Setup & Communication with clients
4) Maintain a gracious and welcoming atmosphere in our lobby
5) Ensure positive interactions with all clients at office
6) Other responsibilities as may be required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience and Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Eligible to work in the US
- High school Degree/GED/Equivalent
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Engaging personality
- Impeccable appearance
- Prior Customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.41 - $15.00 per hour
