Job Title: Loan Operations Representative II
What you will bring:
As a Loan Operations Representative II, you'll be responsible for supporting loan operations, ensuring the smooth flow of transactions, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Essential Duties:
1. Loan Processing & Payment Management
- Process loan payments, payoffs, and draws for loan participations and sub-participations.
- Post debits and credits to customer deposit accounts (DDA) and general ledger (GL) accounts.
- Execute routine loan maintenance, including payment reversals, interest rate adjustments, and billing corrections.
- Assist in processing incoming and outgoing wire transfers while ensuring compliance.
2. Account Reconciliation & Discrepancy Resolution
- Reconcile DDA and GL accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Conduct research to resolve loan account discrepancies and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Review daily system reports and identify inconsistencies or missing data.
3. Loan Servicing & Client Communication
- Prepare and issue billing notices, statements, and client correspondence.
- Address complex customer inquiries and maintain accurate communication records.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, bank personnel, and external stakeholders within established policies and timelines.
- Executes loan onboarding for new accounts.
4. Workflow Coordination & Compliance Support
- Coordinate workflows within and across departments to ensure smooth loan operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (BSA, AML, OFAC, cybersecurity, and other risk guidelines).
- Maintain loan filing systems and records, ensuring completeness and accuracy for audit purposes.
- Escalate compliance-related concerns or risk management issues to senior staff as appropriate.
Non-Essential Duties:
- Provide support to Loan Operations Representative I team members when needed.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from customers and other bank personnel.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support department operations.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent; specialized banking education and training, related to loan operations a preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' experience in related loan positions normally required.
- Skills: Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient mathematics skills; moderate computer skills; moderate interpersonal relations and communicative skills; moderate typing skills; moderate report-writing and analytical skills; visual and auditory skills; exceptional organizational skills; technical supervisory skills enough to provide guidance to Loan Operations Representative I; ability to work in a team environment.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:
- It is a requirement to be physically present at the Camp Hill, PA office (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
- Primarily sedentary, requiring occasional movement throughout the office environment.
