Job Title: Project Manager
What you will bring:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading project management initiatives across Operations, Product, Lending, IT, and Compliance. The Project Manager defines and manages project scopes, coordinates the development of plans to achieve strategic goals, and oversees the entire project lifecycle. The role includes tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and implementing best practices to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Essential Duties:
- Lead project management efforts by defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to execute projects seamlessly.
- Perform risk management, escalate issues as needed, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support smooth transitions of new systems into business operations.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
- Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; PMP Certification or equivalent project management training highly advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects within a banking or financial services environment is preferred. The ability to effectively perform multiple tasks and manage diverse teams is essential for promotion and success in this role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to write for publication and present findings to various audiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; Strong ability to build and maintain trust with stakeholders.
- Additional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:
- It is a requirement is to be physically present at the Camp Hill, PA office (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
- Primarily sedentary, requiring occasional movement throughout the office environment.
