Position Summary : (please note that this an IN OFFICE position in Richmond Va. Qualified candidates must be able to commute to the office daily or be planning to move to Richmond VA very soon!)
The Senior Director of Human Resources Director plans, leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
