Job Description: Sales Assistant
Atlantic Cooling is a Cooling Tower specialty company in business for more than 45 years, The Atlantic Organization provides every service for your cooling tower and water tank--your complete, one-stop company.
We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to develop and grow with our company while taking on the following roles and responsibilities:
- Writing proposals
- Communicating with customers
- Communicating with vendors for materials
- E-Mailing internally and externally
- Creating quoted work files
- Creating job files
- Learning our quoting application (Microsoft GP)
- Learning/Understanding Cooling Tower Components
We are currently looking for a candidate with the following skills/ prerequisites:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior work experience (ideally in a construction/ mechanical setting)
- Excellent verbal, written and computer based communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, GP, etc.
- Office Experience.
- Construction industry experience.
- Sales skills.
- Team working skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Communication skills.
- Eager for career growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
