As an Administrative Sales Assistant for General Plumbing Supply, you will provide a wide range of administrative and operational support to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Lifting material
- Using Ladders
- Assisting management in daily and weekly tasks
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assisting customer's picking up orders
- Maintaining inventory
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Flexible Availability - Including Weekends, and Holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments while paying attention to details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
