About The Role:

As a Chiropractic Front Desk Administrator, and part of our A-Team you will be the friendly face that greets our valued patients, ensuring they receive the warmest welcome and exceptional care. Your strong organizational skills and ability to multitask will be crucial in managing our bustling practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with a smile and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle patient concerns professionally
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support our team of chiropractic professionals

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a chiropractic or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
