Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Assistant to join our team at Shade One Awnings. This role is defined mostly by appointment setting and handling inbound calls with patience and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet showroom visitors with professionalism.
- Handle all incoming calls and web inquiries.
- Assist customers by providing information about products and services.
- Assist customers by scheduling sales and installation appointments.
- Support sales and installation staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist or appointment setting role.
- Excellent calendar management abilities to coordinate schedules effectively.
- Outstanding customer service skills with an emphasis on sales.
- Experience in home-improvement service preferred but not neccessary.
We are looking to fill this position immediately during our slow season while call volume and activity is low.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
