We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and manage the nursing department. The DON will oversee the delivery of quality care, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence among nursing staff. This role requires a dynamic leader who is both clinically skilled and administratively strong. Under direction, the DON will have charge of and is responsible for the administrative activities of the nursing department; does related work as required. We are looking for a candidate with a strong knowledge of federal and state regulations (CMS, NJ Department of Health), exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead, inspire, and maintain a cohesive nursing team.
