Job Overview :

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Patient Care Representative (Front Desk) to join our team at Wink. This person will be responsible for creating a positive first and last impression with clients. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, and have a keen understanding of aesthetic procedures.

Responsibilities :

Greet all clients with a smile and enthusiasm, providing a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries about services, procedures, and general information about the practice.
Book patient appointments, ensuring the schedule runs smoothly and efficiently.
Provide knowledgeable information about aesthetic procedures and treatments, answering questions and addressing patient concerns with confidence.
Check clients in and out, ensuring all necessary forms are completed and patient information is accurate.
Ensure that the front desk and waiting areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and brochures.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while managing patient information.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or patient care role, preferably in a medical or aesthetic environment.

Strong communication skills, listening and computer skills.

Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and treatments with ability to answer questions confidently.

Ability to multitask and handle a busy front desk while maintaining professionalism and composure.

Highly organized with great attention to detail.

Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.

Availability of working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Work Schedule :

Part-time with the possibility of becoming full-time.
