*Job Summary*
As an Inventory Control Specialist at Atlantic Foods, you will be essential to our operations, assisting with counting and updating inventory slots of all items to help maintain accurate inventory records. Shift hours 5am-1pm; Mon-Fri.
Key Responsibilities:
- Count and verify items per slot location.
- Blind counting on locations as needed.
- Troubleshoot any inventory discrepancies.
- Daily communication with Warehouse Manager.
- Organize and fix any damaged and returned items.
- Locate any out of stocks from previous nights order picking.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Must be able to work in a frozen and refrigerated environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse/inventory role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 60 lbs) and operate warehouse equipment. (Cherry picker, Reach Truck, Ride on pallet jack
- Basic computer skills and counting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
