Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee daily shipping operations, ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of 100 kg of product per day. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control, managing inventory of shipping supplies, and maintaining accurate shipping information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily shipping operations, ensuring 100 kg of product is accurately shipped each day.
• Implement and oversee quality checks to confirm correct shipping information and product integrity.
• Maintain and manage inventory levels of shipping supplies, ensuring availability for uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and customer service teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Monitor shipment tracking and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory levels.
• Train and supervise logistics staff, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar logistics role.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, inventory management, and quality control processes.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
