We are seeking a Land Planning and Design Specialist to join our team in Berlin, Maryland.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement land planning strategies for residential, commercial, municipal, and institutional projects.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to identify optimal land use and design solutions
- Develop and present land planning concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate land planning into overall project delivery
- Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and other written communication
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- An associate or bachelor's degree in urban planning, landscape architecture, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in land planning and design
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office applications
