We are looking for a talented Site Development Professional to join our team in Berlin, Maryland.
Your primary responsibility will be to perform a variety of civil engineering functions, including site design, land planning, and technical work using Civil 3D, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Perform site design and land planning duties for residential, commercial, municipal, and institutional projects
- Conduct stormwater management, sediment & erosion control, road & highway design, and utility design
- Collaborate with clients, coworkers, and subconsultants to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Prepare technical reports, permit documents, and other written communication
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- An associate or bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in site/civil development projects
- Proficiency in Civil3D and Microsoft Office software
