Hiring ASAP! We’re seeking an HR/Accounting Specialist to join a well-established construction contracting company in Pittsburgh. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll & HR: Process biweekly payroll, manage benefits, 401(k), health insurance, PTO tracking, and handle new hire/termination paperwork. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Accounting: Oversee AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, tax reporting, and bookkeeping for rental entities. Manage credit card accounts, process transactions, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Compliance & Reporting: File payroll taxes, reconcile accounts, and manage license renewals and annual reports across multiple states.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of HR and accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Must be able to work on-site, five days a week in Pittsburgh
