As a Commercial Lines Account Manager at the Atlantic Group, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Accountabilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial lines clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Creating new business opportunities by developing quotes, applications, and policy issuances for existing and new clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries and concerns.
- Identifying opportunities to grow our agency through account rounding and cross-selling.
- Working closely with clients to review renewal policies, make recommendations, and remarket as necessary.
- Supporting clients through the claims reporting process, providing guidance and assistance.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of commercial lines insurance experience, a high school diploma, and a property & casualty license. Prior customer service experience is also required.
