A new client of ours, involved in Environmental Services, is looking to hire an Accounting Manager to their team. The role is hybrid to Boston (only 2 days a week in office.)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial processes, ensuring timely reporting and analysis of financial performance, with a focus on inventory and cost metrics.
- Review financial records and assist with reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Investigate discrepancies between actual results, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights to management.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage and support lease-related activities, ensuring accurate system entries and thorough reviews of associated reports.
- Monitor inventory records and system reports for consistency and completeness.
- Provide guidance on accounting policies and support cross-functional teams with operational insights.
- Collaborate with leadership to assist with various business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent communicator and a collaborative team player.
- Experience in manufacturing or inventory management is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
