We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Group. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for employees
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist with calendar management
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform data entry into our CRM system
  • Lead in meeting planning, including our annual conference
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and expense management
  • Support the CFO with accounting tasks

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to book corporate travel
  • Full-time on-site position at our Malvern office
