Compensation : $70,000 - $90,000 / year bonus
Location : Greater Boston Area
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
Responsibilities as the Benefits Account Manager (Insurance Brokerage) :
- Client Acquisition : Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, conducting outreach through email, calls, and LinkedIn while tracking renewal dates and opportunities.
- Account Management : Oversee new business acquisition and renewals, manage carrier communications, process BOR letters, and collaborate with Client Service Administrators to ensure timely and accurate follow-through.
- Coverage Analysis : Assess client coverage needs and negotiate with carriers to secure the best benefits packages and renewal terms, leveraging industry expertise and relationships.
- Client Development : Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors, serving as a trusted resource on benefits technology, HR solutions, and compliance requirements.
- Team Collaboration : Provide technical guidance and leadership within the Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty teams, fostering a cohesive and high-quality client service experience.
