At the Atlantic Group, we are seeking a talented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our commercial lines clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Create new commercial lines policies for existing and new clients, including quoting, application preparation, and policy issuance.
- Offer personalized advice to clients on policy coverage recommendations, helping them to make informed decisions.
- Conduct account rounding activities, identifying opportunities to quote additional insurance lines and contribute to the growth of our agency.
- Review renewal policies, making suggestions to clients and remarketing if necessary to retain their business.
- Guide clients through the claims reporting process, providing support and assistance throughout the claim process.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of commercial lines insurance experience, a high school diploma, and a property & casualty license. Prior customer service experience is also required.
