Account Management : Manage a designated portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded.
Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support in a timely manner.
Policy Review : Conduct comprehensive reviews of insurance policies with clients to ensure complete understanding and satisfaction.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and handled securely.
Problem Resolution : Address and resolve client inquiries and issues effectively, liaising with insurance carriers as necessary.
Renewal Processing : Oversee the annual renewal process for all commercial accounts, striving for clarity and accuracy in all transactions.
Requirements
Educational Background : An associate or bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager in commercial lines insurance.
Licensing : Must hold a valid Insurance Producer License in the state of Massachusetts.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
