Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Financial Analyst for our client in Boston, MA (Hybrid). This strategic finance role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. You’ll support senior leadership with data-driven insights, executive reporting, and financial planning, using tools like Workday Adaptive Planning and Excel to improve efficiency and drive business performance.

Responsibilities as the Financial Analyst:

• Financial Modeling: Build advanced models for cost analysis, pricing strategy, and scenario forecasting to evaluate performance and profitability.
• Strategic Analysis: Provide in-depth financial insights and executive-level reporting to support business goals and leadership decisions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as IRR, NPV, yield, and margins to drive data-informed decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial planning through data analysis and reporting.
• Business Support: Partner with department leaders to analyze results, explain variances, and recommend cost-saving strategies.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to financial tools and processes to increase efficiency and ROI visibility.
  
  

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst (Hybrid):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or strategic finance roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financial Management (FMS) is required, with strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
