Recruitment Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling of interviews and meetings among candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders within the organization, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Ensure accurate tracking of recruitment activities in the ATS to optimize efficiency.
- Nurture relationships with hiring managers, administrative teams, and interviewers across departments to facilitate open and efficient internal communication.
- Collaborate closely with our recruiting team to continuously refine existing processes, delivering a refined candidate experience.
- Support recruitment initiatives and broader talent acquisition endeavors.
- Partner with agencies and external stakeholders on hiring processes and candidate vetting.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in a related field, such as recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS software.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office application packages, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A high sense of urgency and proactive decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing situations in real-time.
