- Implement and optimize HR systems such as Workday and Salesforce to enhance operational efficiency.
- Engage in business process modeling to streamline HR workflows and improve service delivery.
- Develop content management systems for effective documentation and knowledge sharing within the HR function.
- Apply lean methodologies to identify waste in processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide project engineering support for HR initiatives, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar role within human resources.
- Strong understanding of contract management principles related to HR services.
- Proficiency in requirements management techniques, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with experience using analytical tools and software.
- Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, or similar HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools.
- Experience with content management systems is a plus.
- Lean methodology certification or experience is preferred but not mandatory.
