We are representing an Investor Relations opportunity with a leading Private Equity firm. The firm was founded 20 years ago and has over $25 billion in AUM.
This person will be involved in all aspects of Investor Relations and support Fundraising. The role sits in the Manhattan office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors
- Prepare marketing materials
- Manage due diligence processes
- Serve as a liaison between the firm and its investors
- Collaborate with investment, finance, and asset management teams
- Analyze investor insights and market trends
Qualifications
- At least 5-8 years of Investor Relations experience
- Experience with LP relationship Management
Salary : $25 - $150,000
