This role will be focused on liquidity management and fund finance/credit facility management for their large family of funds. Description:
-Responsible for the liability and liquidity management functions
-Work with Front Office, Deal Teams and lenders to structure and negotiate
-Sourcing, structuring and managing credit facilities;
-Make sure fund leverage is best , observe forecase and maintain sufficient liquidity reserves to meet any funding requirements.
-Prepare Analytics
-Provide detail liquidity reporting
Looking for:
-Ideal Candidate will be coming from another Hedge, Real Estate or Private Equity Fund with 7 years of experience with treasury operations and credit facility/fund financing
Compensation:
Compensation is a mix of base and bonus 175- 300k total cash compensation ,not including profit sharing or retirement
