Job Overview – Senior Analyst, Financial Systems (Hybrid) :

Step into an impactful role with our client as a Senior Analyst, Financial Systems based in Boston, MA. In this hybrid position, you will analyze financial processes, uncover opportunities for system enhancements, and implement forward-thinking solutions. Collaborating closely with Finance, IT, and business teams, you’ll drive system improvements, optimize workflows, and support initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Compensation : $110,000 - $120,000 / year bonus

Location : Boston, MA

Schedule : Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Senior Analyst, Financial Systems :

• Opportunity Identification : Analyze financial processes and systems to uncover improvement opportunities and develop optimal solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Lead initiatives across Finance, IT, and business teams with a global and holistic approach to business processes.
• Stakeholder Management : Foster relationships with end-users and IT teams, managing expectations and maintaining clear communication.
• Design & Development : Oversee the definition, design, and documentation of system solutions that are GAAP-compliant and minimize risks.
• Testing & Implementation : Coordinate testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, and ensure successful system implementations.
• Functional Support : Provide back-office support for Oracle systems (EBS, FCCS, ARCS) and TM1, addressing issues and recommending optimizations.
