Our client in the Private Credit space is looking to bring on a Senior Associate or AVP of Operations!
This individual will will be responsible for managing the credit workflow from deal approval to deal exit with a focus on leveraged finance investments and other strategic activities in line with the Firm’s entrepreneurial nature and its growing credit platform.

- Position: Senior Associate/AVP of Operations
- Location: Boston, Ma
- Schedule: Hybrid (In-office Tues, Wed, Thurs)
- Compensation: $110K - $160K Base 20% Bonus Fully Paid Benefits
REQUIRED TO APPLY:
- BS of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience specifically with Private Credit
- Solid understanding of middle and back office operations processes
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of leveraged finance, working capital, and other structured credit transactions.
- Take ownership of leveraged finance processes, collaborating closely with agents, fund administrators, and counterparty settlement teams.
- Manage the trade close process, ensuring transactions progress smoothly from Investment Committee approval to deal funding and eventual exit, working with deal teams, finance, and back-office platforms to finalize workflows.
- Review and reconcile transaction activities to ensure compliance with established controls and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies.
- Manage outsourced service providers and loan maintenance activities, including amendments, restructurings, and handling funding or operational inquiries.
- Track and report on credit facility usage and routine funding activities.
- Develop and implement liquidity management strategies to optimize cash flow, including monitoring cash balances and forecasting cash needs on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development, risk management, and reporting requirements.
- Identify gaps in processes, create solutions, and drive continuous improvements, including enhancing or implementing new processes to streamline workflows and reduce support work related to trades.
Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
