Job Overview – Senior Auditor (Hybrid):

Join our client’s team as a Senior Auditor in Philadelphia, PA. This hybrid role involves leading operational, financial, and compliance audits while providing advisory services and contributing to investigations. You’ll work closely with management at all levels to identify risks, assess controls, and ensure compliance, delivering impactful audit results that drive organizational improvement.

Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000/year

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Senior Auditor:

• Audit Planning: Develop audit scopes, programs, and strategies to assess risks and ensure control effectiveness.
• Audit Execution: Perform and supervise audits, leveraging data analysis tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage business risks, ensuring operational and financial integrity.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation and reports, highlighting control weaknesses and conclusions.
• Issue Resolution: Collaborate with management to address risks and implement actionable solutions.
• Communication: Lead meetings, present findings, and provide recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications for the Senior Auditor:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Experience: 4 years in public accounting, internal/risk advisory, or corporate/operational audit with strong exposure to controls (Regional or Big 4 experience preferred).
• Certifications: CPA or CIA certification required.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare or education is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing data extraction tools, information systems, and advanced audit techniques.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively in a decentralized environment.
